Present: Anne Prestamo, Darwin, Julio, Sr. Margarita, Dana, Barbara, Fr. Lino
We discussed positions to eliminate to balance the budget.
Dana: Will miss Sister. It helps to have her in the building. It helps with the transfer of students. There are a lot of details.
Barbara: Sister has brought improvement, better record keeping,
Sr. Margarita: She has tried to see if she could receive less but not possible. She is worried about the people. The presence is very important. The confirmation certificates were handled by Darwin.
Anne: Noe used to help.
Fr. Lino: I believe there has been lack of clarity in the responsibilities of Darwin and Noe in terms of their job duties and their responsibilities around the catechism program.
Barbara: The convenience of having Aurelio next door for an emergengy.
Sr. Margarita: The set up for confirmation for catechism. Important that confirmation be a feeder for JCC.
School and Parish – Bridging the Gap
Dana and Fr. Lino – Agree that stamped or signed bulletins would be required to maintain parish rate for families at the school.

Goal: Create a committee to see the school families as their mission to advertise and promote the activities of the parish.
